Does anyone remember the Speakman family,who lived at Landgate.Mrs Speakman was my mother-in-laws sister who was Oliver Somers sister

That name takes me back a bit I had a classmate t Wigan Convent name of Speakman but cannot recall her first name this was 1936 thereabouts

My cousin is a Speakman but they came from Malvern Crescent in Spring View, her dad was Jack Speakman

I don't know about the boxing.I think Jonnny and Arthur were twins you wouldn't think it looking at them though

I knew a Kevin Speakman when I lived in Toronto, Canada. He would now be in his late 60s. His family came from the Blackpool area, but he had relatives in the UpHolland area.
