Hi all, this is my first time on here, but can anyone help me with any info on the Pony Dick inn at Pony Dick, Highfield/Winstanley? Also on the old stocks at the top of Windy Harbour? Thanks x

Have a look at 'Founded on Coal' by Ray and Derek Winstanley. It's about the Pemberton / Winstanley / Highfield area...........

And thats Harold under that lampost. And up in background stands a very young Gordon.
Art and Harold had given young Gordon a head start because they caught him earlier on issuing tickets on their penny farthings.
