Had a parcel delivered last friday but due to work couldnt pick it up.Just bin to there sorting office only to be told it has been returned to sender (as is tere policy after seven days)Thanks very much i now have to pay for it to be re-delivered....the royal mail website states they will hold the parcel for eighteen days ..not seven Royal my [removed]..

must admit allways thought it was seven days , according to the card they leave ,never knew about 18 days ,what did it sayon your card mick which they left ?

Received a card from Royal Mail saying as a trial period they will be leaving parcels with neighbours again.About time too!
