perfume
I,m trying to remember the name of a perfume. There was a magazine that came out monthly about 15 years ago you got a bottle of perfume with it. The one I,m trying to remember came in a bright yellow box with I think gold spots or black spots on it. Can anyone remember the name of it?

Sounds like one of those thing Marshal Cavendish did.
Nowadays it is Del Agostini, or similar.

I recall the re-introduction of the pre-war perfume: 'Soir de Paris' about twenty years ago. It is still around, though not widely available.

What a rip-off.
Yon Spigot Monk has jumped on the bandwagon and produced his own 'part works'. (If that isn't an oxymoron)
Build your very own replica of The Good Ship Venus.
Issue one out now (£1.99) complete with this barrel stave.
(Usual price £8.50)
Don't take him on, it's a scam.
