I've just got my bank statement for the month and Amazon have docked me £10 for Amazon Music which i know nothing about I've checked my orders and there it is all seems above board I've stopped next months payment but hit a brick wall trying to get a refund has anyone else had this problem with them it keeps going round in circles no-one there to contact at all

Yes Peter I was charged £14.99 twice for music I never asked for & they refunded it no problem

I've had £7.99 taken out of my bank today by Amazon for Amazon Prime which I knew nothing about, I rapidly cancelled it.

Tried it, Its cancelled line do to coronavirus have to go online which ive tried to do all afternoon thanks anyway nana

Log into your account, then click on account and boxes will appear, click on the prime time one, there is an option to "manage membership"

Must remember to cancel my Prime Time trial period.
But before that will order loads of stuff for free delivery !!

if have bought anything & opted for a next day delivery they automaticly put you on it & amazon prime too .
