I will always support looking after the disadvantaged , but that does not translate to bludgers who rort the system at either end. Including the biggest bludgers of all . RF

Why the alarm, when I pointed out a while back that Boris didn't know his arm from his elbow I was told not to be a "snowflake" by yourself and that 'it doesn't matter who runs the country we always survive'.

Corbyn wears the poppy as sign of disrespect to our service men

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
A woman who lost both parents in the 1987 Enniskillen bombing wants to challenge Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn “eyeball to eyeball” over his close links with Sinn Fein.

William and Agnes Mullan were one of three sets of parents who were killed when the IRA detonated a no-warning bomb during a Remembrance service at the town’s cenotaph.

Speaking as the new Labour leader reached the milestone of 100 days in the post on Monday, Margaret Veitch said that for Mr Corbyn, and his shadow chancellor John McDonnell, to “condone” terrorism was retraumatising victims.

At a meeting in 1987 Mr Corbyn reportedly stood in honour of the eight-man IRA gang shot dead by the SAS as they attacked Loughgall RUC station in Co Armagh.

Mrs Veitch said: “As a victim I am absolutely devastated by what the UK Labour Party is doing. How can my fellow British citizens support a party which is led by Jeremy Corbyn and John McDonnell?”

She added: “SF/IRA don’t officially take their seats at Westminster but in these two men and others they have quasi representation through supporters of their terrorism being in high office.

Yes, and some on these board lend their support to the ira by lending their support to terrorist sympathisers like Corbyn and Mcdonnell.
spitting on the graves of innocent children
Filthy mongrels

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
They overlook those things about Corbyn and the fact that he and his wife are accumulating a vast wealth at their expense. They must be deluded to think their lives will enriched by having Labour in government, maybe he will share his and his wife's wealth with his supporters just like the good socialist he is. But in reality they will still be scraping a living and walking around with their heads down and hands in pockets saying woe is me, woe woe and thrice woe, Jeremy said he would...

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
Then when their children and grandchildren can't get houses or any accommodation because they have all been allocated to refugees and migrants because Corbyn has scrapped controls on immigration, who will they blame then?

He's told you he hasn't changed his mind on immigration and there should be no limits.

Chatty it isn't a competition people died at the hands of these people.

Or are you suggesting I'm only posting to put the mockers on Corbyn? I know what May the dithering wreck said and that didn't go down well either, I despise all who honour these Irish murderers. Like I state it isn't a point scoring competition.

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
Bloody Sunday should never be forgotten. The work those Paras did was outstanding and it proved to all that the IRA were absolute cowards who used innocent peoples flats and houses to snipe from and then escape using the families as cover.

Freedom Fighters my Harris hide behind your masks while the real fighters wear their cap badge on full show.

Now this British Army hating scumbag Corbyn wants to see ex servicemen behind bars.

Posted by: Zanzibar Spangles (3824) Report abuse
Jeremy Corbyn blamed one of the IRA’s most notorious bombings on Britain’s “occupation” of Northern Ireland, The Sunday Telegraph can reveal.

The Labour leader signed a parliamentary motion just weeks after the 1987 Enniskillen Poppy Day massacre pointing the finger at the UK government.

The bomb, which ripped through a crowd attending a Remembrance Sunday ceremony, killed 11 people and left another 68 injured.

Posted by: baker boy (14994) Report abuse
associating with the ira as did mr corbyn, is not the same as meeting your foe to talk about an armistice.nor for that matter meeting them after the good friday accord had been signed.

Key findings of the Saville report.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/10319881

Before anyone tells me he was wrong you need to convince me what qualifications, experience and knowledge you have to tell me he was wrong!

Shoot

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
But according to Saville the men who risk their lives to keep us safe acted wrongly.

Posted by: Zanzibar Spangles (3824) Report abuse
I know that the terrorists that were blowing servicemen and civilians to pieces during the same period have been pardoned.
They had a choice, they chose to be terrorist cowards.
Our servicemen didn't.
Sound fair to you

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Opening fire without warning on 28 unarmed civilians and then telling lies about what actually happened may sound fair to you Spangler but I am afraid it doesn't to me.

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
They returned fire. Some civilians got in the way get over it. Life's crap sometimes ask Mr and Mrs Rigby and hundreds of others who's lives were lost for wearing a uniform.

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
You weren't there Terry, how do you know what happened.

Rumour and heresay?

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
You know this how?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Because I have read the key points of the Saville report, the longest and most expensive enquiry in British legal history.

So pkease tell us, what did he get wrong and what makes you qualified to say so?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Have you read it Terry?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Do you have faith in the British legal system Terry?

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
You said I wasn't there. You know this how? Keep up.

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
......or do you prefer rumour and heresay and the verbal accounts of prejudiced witnesses?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Are you saying you were there?

Or just being silly again?

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
You said I wasn't there, how would or could you know this?

Can you also tell me how many and the names of the IRA men who were present at the protest, provisional and official, there were quite a few, also who was the IRA man that was seen and identified by a priest that was firing at paratroopers, who was spotted in the Rossville flats firing a shot off from a Thompson machine gun?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
I have asked you if you were there, you have refused to answer, on that basis I and every else reading this can only draw our own conclusions.

I can't comment on the comment you make about an IRA prescence at the demo that posed an immediate threat given the Saville report makes no mention of the fact and given eye witness reports from the time were proven in the report to be both unreliable and in some cases untrue I am not prepared to pay much attention to the claim.

Posted by: laughing gravy (5070) Report abuse
sd were you there? dont believe everything you read..

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
How about we do it this way......

I will c&p the key findings of savilles report and then you can tell us what he got wrong and why and why you feel confident enough to make the claims?

You can all add all the unsubstantiated facts and dodgy eye witness accounts.

You can also tell us why the soldiers involved lied, didn't follow orders and why the CO allowed them into the area against direct orders.

Yes?

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
I've refused nothing you said I wasn't there you can't answer me on how you would know this.

You know nothing only what you have read on Wiki or somewhere, not good trying to be clever without relevant facts, by the way it was McGuinness who sparked the whole Bloody Sunday affair hiding in Rossville one or two others in the protest joined in firing on the Paras. The report is badly flawed and known to be.

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Why should I doubt the findings of the law lords LG.
There is no higher authority in the land, furthermore what reason would they have to lie?

Unless you believe they are in cahoots with the IRA.
Do you believe they secretly support the IRA LG?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Were you there Terry?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
There are numerous sources of information that list the findings of the Saville report Terry, including GOV.Uk.

The actual report is a couple of thousand pages long but this one summarises it nicely.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/northernireland/7831836/Bloody-Sunday-key-findings-of-the-Saville-Report.html

Please read it and tell us all where he went wrong

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
"Unless you believe they are in cahoots with the IRA."

Now there's a question... for another time maybe.

Did it say in the report if the Paras SLR's (that's a big gun to you) had wood or plastic furniture or from which shoulder each soldier fired? Lots of things that are never put in reports or indeed asked to witnesses.

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
There are indeed numerous sources of information, are they all right?

"Were you there Terry?" You seem to know a lot about me and who I am from the many posts you have made using several names for me. I'll leave it with you.

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Maybe, maybe not, I haven't read it all, just the key findings, you will have to tell us if it does or doesn't but given you haven't read it either, you couldn't possibly give a answer.

BTW, and for the 3rd time of asking, were you there?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Were you there Terry?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Do you just want us to believe you were there Terry but haven't got the nerve to lie?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Shall we try another approach Terry?

Were you there as a civilian or in a military capacity?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Are you an ex para Terry?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Why won't you answer the question Terry?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Why do you keep dodging the question Terry?

I always answer your questions, why won't you answer mine?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
If you don't answer my question Terry Baz is going to say I have wiped the floor with you again and you don't want that now do you

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
"but given you haven't read it either, you couldn't possibly give a answer."

You know this also? Maybe you just like to assume.

"BTW, and for the 3rd time of asking, were you there?"

I thought you knew all about me...assumptions all the while is it or just trying to be clever? Tell me who you are and who you work for and I shall reveal all to you, go on no ones watching.

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Go on Terry, were you at the Bloody Sunday protest or not?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
I think if anything you had said so far was true Terry you would be falling over yourself to prove it, you are just straw-maning now and diverting from the real issue.

You either have faith in our legal system and they way it operates or you don't.

You obviously don't!

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Oh BTW........

Were you there?

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
You've had my reply above.

Show us the 'man' you are and tell me, maybe you're not really 'man' enough. Be sharpish though I have to go out soon and tell me how you know I haven't read the report.

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Terry, I am say you were not at the Bloody Sunday protests.

Are you man enough to call me a liar?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Have you read the report Terry?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
Given your lack of knowledge on the subject Terry I doubt you have read it but I could be wrong.

Have you read it?

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
Oh I know you're a liar I've seen the proof, say assume what you like. No answers for me then? Just FOS as I already knew.

I have to go out now, so no saying I'm running away.

Leave the details I have asked about you below and we'll see what's what. Can you do that hmm?

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
I have answered far more of your questions than you have of mine.........as usual

There are still 2 I am waiting for an answer on though......

Where you at the Bloody Sunday protests and have you read the Saville report in its entirety?

Take your time

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
Telling lies again, You haven't answered any of my questions in all reality. Your making continual post after post is a very desperate way to get a reply, not very subtle and priggish. Answer my questions and I will answer yours, now that isn't hard is it?

You'll have plenty time, I'm off out now.

No more post after posts now, it looks stupid.

Posted by: Stardelta (6968) Report abuse
It started getting silly when you started insinuating that you may have been at the Bloody Sunday demo Terry, and then continually refused to confirm one way or another if it was true. You then employed the classic straw man technique of shifting the focus to another unrelated argument that you believed you stood a better chance of winning. It’s all there for everyone to see

If you want to discuss these issues with grown ups in a sensible and mature way you have to act like a sensible, mature grown up. Unfortunately you don’t and the evidence is all there for us to see.

No wonder admin keeps giving you short shrift

Better luck next time eh

3.76: "Despite the contrary evidence given by soldiers, we have concluded that none of them fired in response to attacks or threatened attacks by nail or petrol bombers. No one threw or threatened to throw a nail or petrol bomb at the soldiers on Bloody Sunday."

Just means a witch hunt, ignoring the testimony of the soldiers.
The Saville report is a load of shite

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
A rather feeble try Starsledge but not actually good enough, and yes it is there for all to see. Read back and you will see that it is you who is assuming without fact. Still not willing to answer my questions then, running scared that all will see what and who you are. Like I offered tell me who you are with enough evidence so I can follow it up and I will reveal all to you with evidence.

Now, which one of the admins gives me short shrift and again how would you know this and I shall ask them when I see them.

What did you think to gain with that post? You made a right arse of yourself there...blame it on the other dope, Sledge, saying he used your password again and save face. Still you have given some people a good laugh with that rather childish idiotic post.

Posted by: TerryW (2614) Report abuse
Zanzibar. The Saville report is a full of holes, more holes than a pub dartboard. But I will tell you that ordinary people will never know the truth and what Saville himself knows. He had the job to find scapegoats to appease families demands no matter of the outcome or who gets the blame.

Posted by: Zanzibar Spangles (3824) Report abuse
Saville also said that prosecutions weren't the aim of the enquiry.
