gov can't give nhs enough money to work properly but can spend 30million on fitting phones in prisoners cells I give up and people still vote tory

UK wide NHS funding for the current year is £147 billion which is up from £118 billion in 2010.
For prisons, the probation service and associated legal services the funding for this year is £6 billion which is less than was spent in 2010.
