Don't fully understand your question, but Keswick Place is in Higher Ince off Kendal Road.

I'm just a little confused because Ince is
split into 6 estates
covered by the Ince area housing office
Spring View
Lower Ince
Ince Central
Careless Lane
Pennington Lane
Busy Bee/Petticoat Lane
and i'm just wondering which Keswick Place would be under as i'm going to be moving there very soon! and i heard there was problems with soil contamination in Ince central :S

If I'm not mistaken, sallyminx knows of this problem.

The soil problem is on the Ince Central site which is down Ince Green Lane, The original name for the site was Chemical fields but it was changed to Ince central as if that would make the problem vanish. Any way Keswick place is in the opposite direction up Belle Green Lane.

So, if you live there, you don't want to grow your own veg. !

They used to breed pigs along side the canal where they are digging up the contaminated soil.We played rugby on the chimic as they called it.Got all kinds of cuts and bruises, terrible surface, still here.

Your cousin lives on that street? or just the area. sorry if i'm bein a moither just i dunno they area lol but i'm very keen to move as its a council exchange and we only have 2 bedrooms and that house is a 3 bedroomed and we dont think many people would downsize so it seems like a great opportunity. Thanks again

keswick place is no better or worse than any other street in Ince, I suppose that no matter where you go, you are going to have a small minority of rapscallions even on the poshist of estates and knowing Worsley Hall I think that I would rather live in Ince any time.I was brought up in Langdale Ave untill I got married in 1966 but I still live in Ince and wouldnt consider anywhere else

i noticed when i went to look at the street that there were lots of young kids in the street! thanks for your help i've been a bit worried as i dont know the area well and i've heard bad things about it off a few people. it makes me more confident knowing that people who live there like it there! and that my little girl will not be short of friends!
