Well for a start. I'd tell them to prepare their own meals from scratch.

Don't smoke Skunk.
Don't inject heroin.
Don't inhale traffic fumes.

Only go to Macdonalds once a week.

That's a starter for 10

Hello, Tom.
How are you keeping?

Another thing. I venture into Ince once a week.

I call in the KFC or Wing Wahs ( my favourite Chinese takeaway ) on Ince bar.

Big poster in KFC " We use Less Ingredients reducing the Carbon".
Bragging about using less of the original recipe stuff? !! The price is not reduced!
It's not as tasty as it used to be

I still like it though, as once a fortnight treat

My wife's dad, who never smoked in his life, died on Sunday of lung cancer.
Yet, my mum's uncle Harry smoked a pipe all his life and he lived to be 99.

Cigs now over £8, yes if you assume that everyone buys them from shops.

I have never smoked but have worked in pubs before the smoking ban, and it didn't bother me. What I DID object to was smoking in restaurants where people are eating. We once went in a Harry Ramsden's restaurant and requested a non-smoking area. We were seated just yards away from the smoking area. We ordered our food which arrived just as the smokers finished their meal, and they all lit up cigarettes. We ate our food with smoke literally passing over our plates....it was AWFUL!
