Health Trainer/BMI checks - Hindley, 10:00am – 4:30pm
Call in at the library and see the Health Trainer and get your BMI checked as well and there's lots of health info available.

Health Information Day - Leigh, 10am – 2pm
There will be various health stands and stalls with health information and advice available.
Shevington Making Memories Group, Shevington, 10am – 12pm
A monthly support and activity group, where people living with dementia can have fun, socialise, be creative and make new memories to share with their loved ones. There will also be info, mutual support and opportunities for carers.
There is a charge of £2 per person, including activities and refreshments. The group is also open to anyone who might benefit from the activities and the companionship.

A session helping babies to develop increased body awareness, confidence, balance and co-ordination, baby yoga also promotes and maintains the strength and flexibility of muscles, joints and the spine
