May have bought a dud , a good mate who is very close to South Sydney , tells me George Burgess ,is not fit .He has a bad hip injury and will struggle next year. His brother Sam , has departed from his wife and he is in doubt to play again , due to a bad shoulder injury.
Looks like the Burgess boys are in trouble

Surely when a club is buying a new player they would look at his medical history and and injuries that might prove long term and costly? I know nothing but it seems like common sense/

kathpresey , I agree , but that is the reason Souths got him out. He , would not tell a new club he was in strife
