Had a great meeting in #Wigan last night, even though 2 pubs cancelled our booking. A lot of enthusiasm from constituents. People are fed with waiting for #Brexit. We want it now. WE ARE READY!!

Strange; I was in there last night, and was told that the meeting was not allowed to go ahead by the management.

This has just been confirmed by a phone call to the Brocket.

Oh dear, he's finally been found out that he's a first class liar.

Stayed in the Brocket in 1993 , I was on a business trip back to the UK. Stopped in to Wigan , to see my dad , stayed at the Brocket. Walked down to the bar about 7pm and the first bloke I met was my old Headmaster at St Pats the great John Mc Dermott. We had a few pints before I had a meal. Left next morning , to drive back to Heathrow and on to home. A great memory
