Anyone know of any firework displays around Wigan this Bonfire Night?

Wigan Rugby Union Club always have one down Brock Mill Lane or is it Leyland Mill Lane.

i think Halloween has over taken bonfire night. it wa a big event when we were kids. the best was when mum sent a rocket through the window of the post office in Enfield stree and set the bed on fire

I,m afraid I agree with Mac,too many accidents,and I have seen at first hand just what happens when fireworks are are not handled correctly. Spiderwoman if you,d like to travel to Lancaster this Saturday there will be a display at the castle. Lancaster fireworks

Value for money...

But it gets very dark on that cricket field...

Thank you for all your replies. Some great venues here. I prefer to go somewhere organised than have fireworks at home. It's safer, I think.

Don't believe in the organised ones TBH, not very good vfm. These onion bombs I have got, however...

In the past Haydock Park have had them, not sure bout this year, but, most likely.
i agree Private sales of Fireworks should be banned, and just have organised displays, much nicer & safer anyway

Wigan RU Bonfire, Monday, November 5, Douglas Valley ground. Bonfire lit at 6.45pm, fireworks at 7.30pm. £20 per car, £5 per adult, £4 per child (under 16) and £15 per family (2 adults, 2 children)
