Ron I was talking to a man in the History Shop in Library Street a couple of weeks ago and he showed me his family tree which was written out in calligraphy so I don't know if anyone in there could help you. I went to a seminar so he must be pretty well known.

Ron... could you not print them, in a nice calligraphy font?

Ron, some of the ladies who sell their hand-made gift cards at craft fairs do Calligraphy and they would do it for a small charge.

Also, have you tried a local florist??

Florist! Now there is a good idea!

Why the hell with my superior intelligence did I not think of that!

I've done a bit of arts and crafts before, but never Calligraphy - the florist came to me at the last minute.

Thanks for the suggestions. I wanted a message writing on an old 1900's postcard back. I think I'll just print off a note, to go with the card, in a nice script.

I'll do it for you, Ron, not calligraphy but old -fashioned copperplate.

Eeh, Our Jarvo....we're both a bit old-fashioned, aren't we? (And none the worse for that!)

Irene: I learned Italics at school. But I change my style to my moods...

Nowt wrong with being old fashioned. At least we have an identity. Many folk are lost in the "wilderness", spiritually...I never have been; but maybe I look back too much. Reflection is fine, but time marches on...We must be flexible...

I think we both are...
