What is it called?
It's driving me mad!
The piano music featuring in the current advertisement of UKTV for their 'Drama Channel'.
I know that I know the name of the piece, but try as I might, I cannot summons it to mind.
Tis very frustrating!

It is a piece, I think, from maybe 1960's or 1970's, instantly recognisable, (if only I could recall the damned name!) I think it is very familiar, so once received a lot of air time: maybe it charted.
It is not one of the adverts for a specific programme, but for the channel. Has lots of familiar faces, amongst whom, Dennis Waterman asks why people like to view this old stuff again.
tom, I tried that, well la-la version thereof, with online tune naming site, but I had a minor op a couple of days back and it has left me (hopefully only temporarily) with a very croaky voice, so I failed to get my attempt recognised.

Do you have an alexa or a Siri? Either will identify the piece. Alternatively you could perhaps download and use a free music recognition app such as Shazam.
