Started by: basil brush (11430) Report abuse
Admin I hope you don't mind me putting this on.

Many people from Norley, and surrounding areas, would have known Kenny in his pin stripe suit, frilly shirt and dicky bow, a true gentleman who would have helped anyone.

Goodbye sir.

I don't live around this area of Wigan , but seeing the tributes on Basils Post , Kenny sounds a lovely man and will be a much missed character in his local surroundings . R.I.P. Kenny .

Somewhat eccentric, I once walked past him whilst he was sat on a roof and watching the world go by.

Kenny would appear on New Years Eve in the West, dressed in his best tuxedo.

Always friendly and polite, he never had a wrong word for anyone.
