Dog Fouling
Started by: dja (51) Report abuse
Morning All,i have noticed as soon as the darker nights and mornings arrive, some people stop cleaning up after their dogs, being someone who walks his dogs three or four times a day this is something that I find revolting.

Posted by: irene (2858)  Report abuse
I agree. We have had three dogs, (sadly all gone, now), and I always cleaned up after them. It takes five seconds and a plastic bag. There is no excuse.

Wheres Dougie this is his pet hate

Posted by: kathpressey (4694)  Report abuse
my pet hate too and the plastic bags left for others to pick up

On Facebook someone in Standish has put a poster on the lamp post to say "I've slipped in your dog poo & hurt myself & if I find out who you are I'll sue you"....I saw a man let his dog foul Wigan Lane & reported him to Council & they said he'll deny it,I even gave them his Address

Posted by: nanajacqui (1686)  Report abuse
Also I hate it when I see a person pick it up & put it in someones wheelie bin instead of their own,I don't want it in my bin

Posted by: jarvo (28635)  Report abuse
Do you hate dogs?

Posted by: kathpressey (4694)  Report abuse
it's got nothing at all to do with hating dogs jarvo. nobody wants that mess on their front or to see bags of it hanging from bushes when out for a walk. It's irresponsible dog owners that I dislike

Posted by: nanajacqui (1686)  Report abuse
I'm too house proud to own a dog & don't mind admitting it !

Posted by: dougie (3603)  Report abuse
Your right PeterP, Anyone that knows Walford Road and walks down after dark knows they can't just walk in their house without taking their shoes off first.

? I've put this up on the shrubs now the darker nights are here how would you like it every bloody day

someone standing looking in your house when the lights are on through an 8 foot window why their dog as a Pee or Sh
and some don't even pick it up

It's not very nice for us that live here I can tell you

Not if their dog rolls in fox poo

Many dog owners have come up against the awful smell of fox poo. We canít stand the smell, itís awful, it lingers and itís extremely difficult to get rid of. For some reason dogs seem to love it, and their most favourite thing to do is roll in it. If your dog has rolled in fox poo you have to try and do something to get rid of the smell, itís definitely not a smell you can live with.

Yuk,what I think about is when the dog has done it & then it jumps on the sofa without having its bum washed,I cringe !

Posted by: dja (51) Report abuse

Are you happy with it, momac?

Some people are not. They changed it somewhat at its re-launch: more cedar and more vanilla.

I did have a go at making a copy of it. Not very successful, though an interesting result in its own right.

Posted by: tomplum (4818)  Report abuse
please don't let your dog poo on my drive

On the news just now that Nantwich Council are begging dog owners to clear up their dogs dirt as unborn calves are dying as a result of it being left in the Farmers field

Posted by: momac (9213)  Report abuse
An awful lot of dog owners are irresponsible people, that's terrible, poor
cattle and unborn calves,I can't believe how many walkers still walk
through a herd of cows that have their little 'uns with them..then they
wonder why people get killed and trampled on,when the cows are only
protecting their own..words fail me.

Posted by: basil brush (10301) Report abuse
All down to lazy, inconsiderate owners.
