The last time the club played a Challenge Cup Semi Final at the Doncaster Stadium, we lost to the other Hull club.

We can only hope that it it is not a repeat performance!

It's gonna be tight Roy I hope they play Walters sometime in the game and Keighran passes the ball a few more times than usual 12-10 to Wigan

I can’t see Walter’s being risked without any game time…Keighran hasn’t played to his full potential yet and I fear HKR will test both him and Miski out with their kicking game…we have to be at our attacking best to win…plenty of fast passing

Well first of all the venue is totally biased against Wigan ie there was no reason why it could not have been at Headingly and if one cares to look Doncaster is just 50 miles down road for Hull to travel ,Yet Wiganers have to travel over 99 miles , Leeds is an equal distance for both teams one has to ask the reason behind it? Secondly i feel quite strong that Liam Byrne did NOt DESERVE that ban after soft tackle ? Game gone bloomin soft !!! Thirdly i will say Warriors will rectify everything by a win .

I'm hoping for a Wigan win and then another in the final against Warrington.
Good luck lads.

I’m hoping obviously for Wigan…..I think they should toss up for who plays at home in the semis…Huddersfield v Warrington at Saints is terrible…would love Wigan v Warrington at Wembley

Just prior to Covid, the RFL had it planned to play all Semi-Finals at Bolton, but that idea appears to have been kicked into touch.

Is Huddersfield having to play Warrington at St Helen any different to Yorkshire clubs over the years playing Lancashire clubs at Central Park, examples being Leigh v Castleford, St Helens v Leeds or Wigan over many seasons playing Yorshire clubs at Headingley, Doncaster etc.

Surely it would be better to play both the mens and womens Semi Finals on a weekend at Bolton as that is the only venue of the size of Stadium that is required for our game and the only true neutral venue for clubs on both sides of the Pennines

I’d agree with that OC or maybe Preston/Blackburn/Burnley

I'm typing this on my old laptop, (about 10yrs )old, I've tried replying on a new Amazon fire lapdog but it keeps saying that Bolton's ground has been renamed Hilton's ground. Predictive bloody text!
So here we go, the toss of coin is probably the best way to decide where the game is played, so only one set of fans are travelling any distance.
Will this make any sense to the RL dynasty............ probably not.

On about wanting a Wigan v Warrington Final, I was at that 1990 final when Wigan played Warrington, and the behaviour of the Warrington fans was disgusting, they spoiled the Wembley atmosphere, by about 80% of them being in a very peed up state

Easier than expected. Who would have forecast that result?

Brilliant WIGAN! Play like that in the final and it will be win number 21 for them.

A great win in the Challenge Cup tradition of Wigan, despite the winging of Aussie Coach Willie Peters and all the Yorkies!

Well done lads, now go and do the same in the Final against Huddersfield or Warrington!
