Donna Hall didn't break any laws at the time for the simple reason there weren't any that applied at the time she made the decision.

This is why a judge had to make the call. Key fact, and one that is being overlooked, it was a hearing not a trial and as such there was no prosecution involved, no verdicts, no convictions, no sentences.

The decision has NOW been judged illegal but because it wasn't at the time.......there is no guilt.

The decision by the judge will now have set a precedent.

Of course the media and Fairhurst won't tell you all that.

I don't know a great deal about the law and legal proceedings Leccy.....but it seems I know more than you [:t]
