William KAY had a butchers shop.His wife was called Annie, children were, Emily born c1896, William Edward born c1897, Alexander born c1900, Annie born c 1901 and Roy born c1903. I believe Emily may have married a Samuel Frank Halderman WOOD in 1918 at All Saints Wigan. The family originally came from Turton Nr Bolton and lived in the Rossendale Valley prior to 1903.
