Looking for info on Peter Welch & his daughter Judith Welch. Peter was alive when his daughter married Alexander Sweeney at St. John's Chapel Wigan on July 22nd 1841. Free bmd has the death of a Peter Welch in March of 1844, which might possibly be him.
