The Orrell Legionettes Morris Dancers were based at Orrell British Legion and were formed in 1954 (I think).
Not sure where this photo was taken, possibly at a Carnival somewhere. If anyone can fill in the blanks, or correct any of my mistakes I'd be pleased to have that information. We all
must be OAPs now so I guess a comparison of 'bus pass' photos would prove quite interesting! My best wishes to any of you out there who remembers those outings.
