Wigan Album

I am attempting to locate the families of these folks. They were found in my Grandpa John Cheetham's possession; he passed on in the 1950's, and lived in Park Road, Wigan.
Family names include Ollerton, Dandy, Foster, Walsh, Cheetham, Kerfoot, Holland, Goulding, and others, so they could be from any one of these. Reckon the picture was taken around the early 1900's, but this is just a guess.
