The lady with the glasses next to the priest to her right peeping over is my auntie Evelyn Whittle sadly she has been dead for quite a few years now but she used to run the shop in Platt Lane Hindley wonderfull to see her face thank you

The priest is Monsignor Marsh .The lady to the left is my Mum Teresa Willamson ( Unsworth) The lady on the second right is my Grandma Jane Ellen Unsworth .The lady in the middle of the priest and the cup in my auntie Joans mum Mrs Heyes . My Mum has a copy of the photo and I'm sure she will be able to give more names.

My mother, Mary Ball, is second from left and was a member of the bowling team for many years. She would have loved this photo. Unfortunately, she is suffering from Alzheimers presently. Dave Ball

Front row,far right,2nd lady is Mary Ashurst. Lived in Derby lane.
