nice photo of a d9g ready to do a days work pushing the 631s, you can tell the difference between d8 & d9 the radiator is bigger so the bonnet slopes to the cab

Eddie The same thing with Atkis they used to have the silver
Rad with the up down tubes but in 1969 they put the Cummins
engine in and they had to pressurise the radiator for the
Cummins engine requirements and fit a fibreglass surround
on the out side D.C.

Derick your thinking about leyland's not Atkis, they had a upper grill nose type body.This let the engine cool more.

Garry, don't take offence mate, I think you're great, but given Derrick's experience, I would think very carefully before contradicting him.
