Ron,
thanks for posting this. The Ditchfields are my direct ancestors and I search this site avidly, looking for snippets relating to them. This receipt has fitted in very nicely with my research. The signature is that of George Brandreth who married Margaret Ditchfield, my gt.gt.aunt.
