I believe the Oldfield Brewery was in Poolstock off Corporation Street. and closed around mid 1950s

Oh I so want one of these bottles! my grandad worked there around 1905. where Bithell's is now, their building is called "the brewery" I believe, so, I wondered if this was the site of Oldfeild brewery? ..just a thought

Hi Linda,the building occupied by Bithels was Airys Brewery.Oldfields,was further down poolstock,and used after closuer by Thompsons.

sorry its taken me so long I forgot all about this bottle! If its not been binned..... Im still interested LOL and thanks for the info on the brewery location much appreciated :)
