Front of a medal Won by HAMPSONS LTD. Has anyone any information on the show, or the medal?

I only know the hind on the medal with the banner directly underneath it,is Hindley's emblem, and the word on the banner ,although you can't see it on this photo, is "prodesse", which means "to be of service". It was on our school badge at Hindley and Abram Grammar School.
