Wigan ATC's C.O.from 1970to 1980, here presenting a Flying Scholarship Certificate to Cadet Warrant Officer Paul Heyes. Phil passed away last month in South Africa where he has lived since 1980. I was an Adult Warrant Officer in those days and am stood extreme right. E.T.
The cadet right the very back to the right of the clock is Guy Stockhill who later became Wing Commander Stockhill; happy times those were and yes I do remember you Eric; I am just to the right of C.O's Phil Riley's head
