d redg 1966 would have been a suffix number they were issued from 1963 to 1983,d redg after then was a prefix number..

D reg was 1986/87 - thats one of the last capris as they ended in 1987 .

The MK1 Capri was launched in 1969, example reg, FEK ***G and after a number of body updates and engine sizes, Ford ended its production in 1987, example reg, D*** FEK.
