I think this is a grouping of the people who made up the Holy Family, Parochial Hall actors. They put on pantomimes and plays at the Parochial Hall. My mum, Ellen Gaskell, is on the far right. Looks to have taken in the late 1930's/1940's. The chap in the middle is Mr Winstanley, husband of our old milklady Evelyn.

Eric, I don't think they are Holy Family actors. I think on the back row next to Cliff is Ethel Talbot and on the other side it could be her sister. Could be wrong of course.

I just thought as they are in front of a stage back-drop and I know my mum performed in quite a few pantomimes that that was what it was.
