the gentleman stood up in suit far left is mr.harry green,thegentleman kneeling between the front row and middle row is my father mr.harold fletcher.home games were played on the rec,at the bsck of old st.james school at the top of snowden ave.

Did this team eventually become Blackpool Borough?

Not this team, Jim. Blackpool Borough played their first game in 1954. However when Blackpool were assembling a team to enter the league they did sign six players from the Pottery RLFC.
