The four pencilled in names look as if they are racehorses, Golden Miller the most successful Cheltenham Gold Cup winner ever, 1932 to 1936 perhaps gives an idea of when it was posted.

thanks josh,i knew what the first bit was but couldn't understand the names on the right, it makes sense now ha.
