Taken at his wedding to my Aunt Esther in 1960, Joe Kehoe (right), and his brother John.
The wedding took place at the Holy Family Pro Hall. I assume this is because Holy Family Church was either being built... or did not exist then?

Thanks Dennis for putting these on, that is defo my Grandad John, it is very nice to see. Cant believe how much my brother looks like him.

The reason they were married in the Pro was that the church we have today was in construction stage and all services were in the Pro

Just a quick enquiry, did Joseph serve in the Great War with the RAMC, possibly awarded the Military Medal and is he the chap with the Grey hair
this is my dad an duncle joe and i remember the wedding well! the church wasnt ready i think and the reception was upstairs in a pub in plattbridge opposite the king billy.. wonderful photo, thanks!
