Wigan Album

Fast forward to Christmas 1953 with the Brysons senior of St Clements Rd, Wigan & the Bradshaws, taken at Ormskirk Rd, Holland Moor. The photo was taken by my brother Ian, who had just returned from Switzerland with a 35mm camera. It shows from the left my mother Agnes, sister Anne, myself...in school uniform on Christmas Day....my father Billy & my grandparents Thomas & Mary Bryson. I remember we had little wax candles on a real tree that my mother would let us light for a while. Those were the days !
