Timothy George Ruskin-Spear, a notorius bounder and cad from the early twenties. He drove the rich and wealthy around Lancashire, and then robbed them blind when given half the chance. He ended up doing time in Reading Gaol, the same prison that Oscar Wilde was sentenced. He died penniless in a Hull back street in 1941.
Great detective work Jarvo. Goes to show you should never trust a bloke who thinks he needs four names.
The chauffeur is Bill Wilcox who lived in Hindley near the Hockery Brook pub. He was the chauffeur to many dignitaries in the borough during the 1920/30's.
That rubbish jarvo typed about this man should be taken off, he was neither a criminal or had ever been jailed. Please remove his offensive remarks.
Jarvo..where have you got your info from..have looked on google but can't find it..
