Any relation Philip to Lord Gormley?. I believe he originated from Ashton in Makerfield. He was a true leader of N.U.M.

A lovely photo Philip!
I met your mother on a few occasions when I came calling for you remember? We had a few laughs and scrapes around Billinge and Upholland!

Henry7: Thanks for that - most kind of you.
Albert: It seems as though Lord Gormley and my grandfather were cousins. My late parents did quite a bit of ballroom
dancing and it was at such a dance that they first met him; after a little to-ing and fro-ing, Lord Gormley asked my father "So, you're our Billy's lad are you?".
John: Thanks for that. I remember you calling down here to Claremont, and also those laughs and scrapes around Shaley Brow Café and Billinge Hill during Sunday afternoons.

Donkeys years ago Philip!
If you want to e-mail, I would be happy to reminice about old times.

Thank you Philip. So there's a bit of blue blood in your veins.

'fraid the Stephen you put forward, Gerry, isn't related to any member of our family.

Hi Philip, I'm Margaret's daughter, Phil's granddaughter. Is this auntie Marion who always did the splits at parties? Xx

Sharon Hymes - Thanks very much for your query. Yes, it is indeed your Mum's Aunty Marion (email to follow).
