My cousin James's wife, Winifred (Winnie). Lived her early life in Higher Ince, Wigan. Attended St William's School,and church. Married to my cousin James for sixty seven years. Both have now passed away. May they "Rest in Peace".

Albert my maiden name was Byrne, I went to St willams and lived in Ince till I got married. I cant remember any Winnie in our family

Kath, were you related to Florrie Byrne who lived in the big house in the area known as The Viaducts, (we Incers called it "The Viredocks")?. Kas, you obviously have latched on to my feel for the past and know what I like to see on Wigan World.
