Does anyone recognise the Wiganers on this photo?
Their names are written at the bottom, the lady second from the left has an unfortunate name, or could it be a spelling mistake?

I hope they did make a mistake, but then again years ago I remember a little off licence/ sweet shop as you went into Hindley from Ince. The name above the floor was A & B Bisbrown !!!!

I remember Bisbrown's shop too Horace. We sometimes used to call in there on our way to the Cardinal Newman school for a penny drink of pop. I can't really remember what else they sold but they were magic wonderful days!

I remember Bisbrown's too from my days at Hindley Grammar School.
