That's a lovely photo our Lizzie..and such a pretty face.
I love the piccy Lizzie. You were a pretty girl (and still are).
Butter wouldn't melt, Our Lizzie!
Are you from Ince, Ray Dwyer?
Good picture Lizzie,How did you get that lovely smile. Lots of us had home made clothes and haircuts.
Hello our Irene..I will let Ray know in case he doesn't look on here for a few days.
Irene yes I am. I don't know if you go on messageboard but if you do go on to Hobbies/Books topic and the Lizzies anagrams for the day & you'll see some of my postings. Click on my avatar 'raymyjamie' and you'll see a bit more about me. Alternatively ask me here.
God bless you all for the comments....this little picture is very dear to my heart....it shows the innocence of a little girl...but if you study the smile....like Irene says ....butter wouldn't melt....
By the way Ray....now I know who you are....I have pinched your email.....
Love and hugs to you all.xxxxx
I knew a birch all family on pepper lane are they yours Lizzie
Hello Gerry.....no they were not related....I think I remember. Tony Birchall.....my sister Jo is good at remembering names in our street from way back then.....thank you for your comment Gerry....appreciated...cheers!!
Hello Ray, I looked on your avatar and although your face seems familiar I can't think I would have known you. I was born in 1952 so would have been quite a few years behind you at school, and my brother Colin was 12 yrs. older than me, making him 6 years older than you, so I obviously wouldn't have known you via him. I certainly remember the name Dwyer from Ince. I think Jenny Flannery who kept a shop on Ince Green Lane was a Dwyer, as my mam always called her Jenny Dwyer, and I recall a Derek Dwyer. I put a photo on "Assorted" under the heading "Wiganers in London" and Derek Dwyer is on it along with my Dad. Nice to talk to you anyway....isn't this site brilliant?!
Irene, I love it on here especially the messageboards. I'm pretty sure I'm not related to any of the 'Dwyers' that you have mentioned. The reason I know is that my daughter has done quite a lot of 'family history' research and has a detailed family tree of us 'Dwyers'. Take care.
hello, are you the raymond dwyer from bird street
