Eileen. Where is Fir Tree Drive, Spring View.? Is it near to where Ainscough Street was, or nearer to Taylor's Lane. I lived in Henry Street, in the 1930s, and 40s. Moved to Lower Ince in 1949. It seems to have changed beyond all recognition in later years.

Eileen. In my early years,I attended Taylor's Lane Chapel. I was first taken there by Charlotte Aindow. She later went as a missionary to Africa. She later became the sister in charge of the maternity ward at Billinge Hospital. Lots of ladies will have known her. At that time her parents' lived next door to my family, opposite Spring View Police Station.
