I wonder what happened to her? Where is she now?

Gee I'm sure I went to primary school with this young lady or I know her name from somewhere. Her name is ringing a really loud bell!!! Cheers!!

Jimmy M, Kathleen is happily married and lives in the south of England, I believe she still visits Wigan, to see family and friends. Good photo Ron.

Brings back some good memories. I remember Kathleen coming to Ashton Grammar school in the late sixties after she had won the title. We had just finished a cricket match and went back to the changing room to get ready to go home. All of a sudden the teacher came in asking for a few of us to back on to the pitch to have our pictures taken with Kathleen, as a sort of press release.
You should have seen us go. I was in so much of a hurry I burst my zip in trying to get my trousers back on.
I actually made it onto the photos pulling my sweater down to cover up my embarrassment.
I think I played at "fly slip" after that!!

Our dinner lady didn't look like that....

She had a beautiful sister Rita. who sadly passed away not very long ago.

1968-I was one of the group of friends KATH included that worked in the same industry, drank at all the local pubsin orrell,standish, upholland,and surrounding parts.
I emigrated $10 pom to Australia.Kath still keeps in touch with friends from those great days

Kathleen lived across the road from us in Weybridge until recently.
