Taken on The Embankment London about 1965 during a weekend trip.
The only ones I can name are Joe Hargreaves, John Duffy and Kev....in striped jacket.

Young Wigan Mods...Love it! I was a bit young at the time...Too young to go to swinging London with this lot...Great pics and great clothes being worn by the lads...

One in striped jacket looks like Kev O'Mara who used to dance in clubs in Wigan. He now lives in New Zealand.
Looks like Kev O'Mara from Pemberton. I mated with him and we were involved in a car crash coming back from Blackpool!! He was a great dancer as I recall... would go all over Lancashire displaying his skills!!
