Doesn't look like the UK to me!

I also didn't think this photo looked like it was taken in UK?

I would guess at France. Mistletoe grows in Normandy. Even at that young age those girls look savvy....not English. Someone that somebody met in the war ?

Could be olive branches!

doesn't look like mistletoe to me, especially given tht it was taken in summer. Why do you think it is not England?

The people look Maltese to me, and it looks very much like the girls are holding olive branches.

Could well be Israel especially with the Lebanese cedar tree in the background.

Now that someone has said it, I thought it was either europe or even australia. (These pine trees adorn many east coast southern beaches from many years ago having being planted). Plus there always was and is a large population of people of mediterannean descent in Australia. And now having googled olive branches and weddings, it seems olive branches are commonly an integral part of table settings and decorations, even bridal boquets at such weddings. I bet these cheeky girls each snitched a piece of their table decoration! Adorable pic :)

They seem to have an Hispanic/Italian look to me.

The man looks like a very young Prince Rainier of Monaco.
