Agnes married Harold Winstanley in 1941 and continued to live at 5,Duke Street until a year ago.

Sadly, Agnes passed away on 1st March. She was 94
She looks so much like my grandad Moses who was her brother.
Agnes Arkwright was sister to my uncle Joe Arkwright. He married my mum's older sister Belle. They lived in Rylands St. In Springfield. They had two daughters. Joan, who was born in her grandparents house. She is still alive and lives in Standish. Their youngest daughter is Pat. I lived round the corner from them and met Agnes a few times. Plus she attended Pat's wedding in 1960. Small world !
