The lady in the photo is my auntie, her name then was Joan Ince. She comes from Whelley.

Thanks for that C.P. The photo was passed onto me from a Tom Pennington of Ashton who worked for Unsworth's shop in Ashton in the 60s. I've two more photos of with your auntie in them taken at the same time (one of which is taken with the lady in the background), but havn't yet uploaded them.

I printed this off for her, my mum is taking it to her house today, she will probably know where it was taken.Cant wait to see the other photos, cheers Darren

No probs C.P! I will hopefully upload the other photos very soon. I believe, unless i'm mistaken, that the photos were taken at Oulton Park in Cheshire (don't know the exact year except maybe from the early-mid 60's); that's what my dad's mate Tom, whom passed me the photo's said they were possibly took.

Clive was my dad's 1st cousin, his mum Nellie Unsworth (nee Draper)
was my Grandad Robert Drapers sister. I visited his home Ashton just to look at the cars.... Lola , Bentley, D type Jag and an Aston Martin DB5 amongst others
