John, it's Spring View, Warrington Road. Repton Avenue is in the background
I think it's on Warrington Road, approaching the bottom of Marlborough Avenue. The houses immediately behind are soon to be demolished, and stood on the corner of Repton Avenue, the council houses on which may be seen on the left. The houses between the two rows are on Derby Street.
