Taken in late 1960`s on St. Peter`s church wall, little lad was either Paul or Mark Turner. Sat on wall, Frank hoyle, cousin Joan Walker, me, Josephine Jackson & a friend from Swinton, Kath. We three girls worked at Holdsworth & Gibbs cotton mill in Swinton. Joan was engaged to Frank. They married & now live in Hindley. I live in East Midlands.

Hi there Everyone, enjoying reading this. I'm Dawn turner , Marion walkers daughter. My grandmother Minnie walker married ike walker ... Lots of walkers about wasn't her :)
There was another photo on here recently that was taken at my mum and dads wedding . It's the one with josie, Alice and uncle raymond, my dads mother was in the background . I remember looking at it and thinking why is my dads mother in the background, when I showed mum it she said it was taken at her wedding.
Hope your well josie x
