Alice Buckley from Gloucester Crescent married Jimmy Croston from Ince. Chief bridesmaid , Kathleen Winnard, small bridesmaid Ann Carey, Kathleen retired from St. Peters a few years ago as Caretaker. Alice was good at netball at Argyle School, wedding at St. Peters, late 1960`s.

I remember both Alice and Kathleen you from Argyle street as it was then. I think we met up last at a school reunion some years ago,
Was Ann Carey one of the Carey's from Ward Street (just off Ladies Lane)? She looks very much like them, I think there were about 12 children, they lived in a 2 up and 2 down terraced house.

No, that is not Colin, the lad was Jimmy`s mate, can`t remember his name.
the fella on the left is billy collier who married the chief bridesmaid.ann carey on the left is related to the careys who there was 14 of.alan the youngest is my partner
