I cannot put a precise date on this photo, perhaps just before the 2nd WW, my brother remembers my Granny saying she had been to France & they were funny in their eating habits...they used the same plate for everything ! I know its the cemetery at Etaples, its written on the back & I have checked it with photos on the WGC website.
My Grandmother Mary Bryson is on the left, I am almost sure that the man next to her is my Grandpa Bryson's brother Henry, from Scotland with perhaps his wife & daughter. I have no idea if they were there to visit a grave...have had no luck in tracing a family name yet.
